General Returns Procedure
We hope that you love your BY PARIAH order, however if you are unhappy with our products, they can be exchanged or returned to us within 14 days of your receipt. All sales will be final after 14 days of purchase.
Please note that sale items, earrings, Made to Order / Pre-Order and personalised items are exempt from the above and cannot be returned.
For returns or exchanges of your order please follow these steps:
Email email@example.com and quote ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ as well as your unique order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be received back to us within 7 days of the authorisation being granted.
If you would like an exchange, subject to availability the new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received and checked by us.
Goods should be returned unused and packaged as per the original order with all the original inner and outer packaging. Failure to do so can result in deductions being made to the value of the refund and refunds/exchanges being refused.
It is your responsibility to cover postage costs for returns and exchanges. Please make sure to use an insured shipping method as we are unable to refund or exchange items that are damaged or lost in the post.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs, taxes or duties incurred.
If items meet our return terms, the sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed, excluding the initial shipping cost.
Please note it can take up to 30 days for the money to appear in your account.
The listed price includes VAT for orders within the UK. For international orders, duties and taxes will be included in the final price at check out and your order will be shipped DDP* (Delivered Duty Paid).
Can I make a return from overseas?
Of course. Simply let us know if you wish to return an item via firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt.
In order for us to process the refund or exchange for you, please ensure items are returned in a new and unused condition.
As a growing family business we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of international returns at this time. We do strongly recommend using a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL or UPS as we cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the UK.
We cannot offer a refund on any items purchased in the sale. All sales are final, no returns. Product descriptions clearly state any flaws or product details. Sale items can be exchanged, please see the exchange details for more info.
Please be sure to check the product details on the items you have purchased as there may be lead times specified on the product page. We will do our best to improve lead times where possible.
We do not offer split shipments so your order will ship in full once the pre-ordered item is in stock. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
