These Terms & Conditions apply to the By Pariah Archive Sale (“Sale”). By participating in the Sale, you agree to the following terms.

1. Sale Period

The Archive Sale begins at 6pm GMT on 4th March 2026 and ends at 12pm GMT 17th Marh 2026, or while stocks last.

By Pariah reserves the right to amend, extend or end the Sale at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Availability

All Sale prices are as marked.

Products are available while stocks last and availability is not guaranteed. Items in your basket are not reserved until checkout is completed and payment is successfully processed.

3. Returns & Exchanges

All Archive Sale purchases are final sale and non-refundable

By Pariah reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns policy.

4. Discount Codes

Additional discount codes, promotions, or offers cannot be applied to Archive Sale items unless explicitly stated.

5. Shipping

Standard shipping times apply. During Sale periods, dispatch and delivery times may be extended due to increased demand.

By Pariah is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Faulty Items

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If you receive a faulty item, please contact customercare@bypariah.com within 14 days of delivery.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing checkout.

8. Right to Refuse Orders

By Pariah reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at its discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

9. General

By Pariah reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
