Care

Our jewellery is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and quality materials, deserving careful handling and storage to maintain its lustre and integrity over time.

Every Day

We recommend wearing your jewellery during the day and taking it off at night. Avoid physically demanding activities, contact with water and harsh climates. Keep your pieces in a secure location like a jewellery box or soft tray. When travelling, jewellery must be stored in individual pouches or our hard ring boxes.

Metals

Our jewellery is created from 100% certified recycled 14K Gold or Sterling Silver. Clean your pieces regularly with mild soap and warm water, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush then rinse and pat dry. Keep your silver jewellery away from perfumes and cosmetics as they can accelerate tarnishing.

Gemstones

Precious, natural gemstones are the core of our brand, each uniquely showcasing variations in colour and texture that reflect their origins. These natural differences highlight craftsmanship and individuality, not imperfections. Gemstone pieces require considered care to prevent scratching or breakage, including avoiding drops, impacts, and exposure to harsh chemicals. For cleaning, use mild soap diluted in warm water, but for porous stones like pearls, it’s best to avoid liquids altogether and gently wipe them with a soft cloth.

Diamonds

Diamonds are renowned for their exceptional hardness and durability, with a high resistance to scratching. Withstanding everyday wear and tear better than most gemstones, they are very durable, but not indestructible. To care for your diamond jewellery, regularly clean it using a mild soap and warm water solution, gently scrubbing with a soft brush. Store it separately in a fabric-lined jewellery box or pouch to prevent scratches. Avoid exposing diamonds to harsh chemicals and remove them during activities that may cause damage. Additionally, you can seek our professional inspection and cleaning services to maintain their brilliance and check for any loose settings.
