All of our products are made from 100% recycled gold and silver. Each gold and silver bar used in our production comes from an international refiner with RJC certification, and each bar is accompanies with a RJC document to certify that it is made from 100% recycled material.
We stand for a conflict free diamond policy and only purchase diamonds through respected suppliers who adhere to our strict zero tolerance policy. 2021 sees the introduction of lab grown diamonds for the first time used in select designs only.
Like many businesses we are not perfect but we constantly thrive to improve ourselves for a greener, fairer future.

International Customers - EU and ROW

As a small family business, we really value your custom and want to make sure your shopping experience with us is transparent and as easy as possible.
We are constantly improving this process following the Brexit transition, so please do sign up to our email and check in for updates here.
For shoppers outside of the UK, VAT is removed from the RRP. Instead, taxes will be settled in your local country, with your local tax rate. Duties of around 2.5% and a small admin charge of up to £5 will also need to be prepaid through the freight company.

Will I be charged customs and import taxes?
If you order from our website for delivery outside of the UK, the goods may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the order are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.
Can I make a return from overseas?
Of course our overseas customers are able to return jewellery too! Simply let us know if you wish to return an item at firstname.lastname@example.org Be sure to do so within 14 days of receipt.
In order for us to process the refund or exchange for you, please ensure items are returned in a new and unused condition.
As a growing family business we are unfortunately unable to cover the cost of international returns at this time. We do strongly recommend using a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL or UPS as we cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.
General Returns Procedure
We hope that you love your BY PARIAH order, however if you are unhappy with our products, they can be exchanged or returned to us within 14 days of your receipt. All sales will be final after 14 days of purchase.
Please note that earrings, Made to Order / Pre-Order items as well as personalised items are exempt from the above and cannot be returned.
For returns or exchanges of your order please follow these steps:
Email email@example.com and quote ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ as well as your unique order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be received back to us within 7 days of the authorisation being granted.
If you would like an exchange, subject to availability the new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received and checked by us.
Goods should be returned unused and packaged as per the original order with all the original inner and outer packaging. Failure to do so can result in deductions being made to the value of the refund and refunds/exchanges being refused.
It is your responsibility to cover postage costs for returns and exchanges. Please make sure to use an insured shipping method as we are unable to refund or exchange items that are damaged or lost in the post.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs, taxes or duties incurred.
If items meet our return terms, the sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed, excluding the initial shipping cost.
Please note it can take up to 30 days for the money to appear in your account.
